To provide direct, quality business and contract procurement assistance that contributes to the growth and stability of Ohio's underutilized businesses with emphasis on minority and small at risk businesses.

MCBAP Vision:
Multi-cultural businesses are attracted to and proportionately represented as sustainable entrepreneurs in all industries throughout the state of Ohio.
